  • App to track workouts, meals & progress Pics: Our app allows you to see your detailed workout plan daily, with guided videos for each exercise. You will see your macros listed each day as you enter in the food you eat. You will also have access to upload progress pics and enter in your body weight into our tracker.
  • Guided Meal Prep: I’ll guide you through meal prep so that meals are not only easy- but effective and delicious. Despite popular belief you CAN enjoy dieting.
  • Habit Mastery: This isn’t just a quick fix. We’re here for a complete lifestyle overhaul. I’ll guide you through mastering healthier habits. Change your habits, you will change your life!
